Dark Hollow Falls is located in Shenandoah National Park. The upper falls are extremely scenic and fast flowing. Black bears are very common sight here and are usually unafraid of people in the park where they are protected. The hike is rocky and moderate with some steeper sections of natural stone stairways that wind through the rocky gorge.
